The 2018 China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition"), with the theme of "Rural Revitalization and Comprehensive, Whole Process Agricultural Mechanization", was successfully held at the Wuhan International Expo Center from October 26 to 28, 2018. The International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition is the "number one and world-renowned" annual agricultural machinery professional exhibition in Asia, with an exhibition area of 220000 square meters, more than 1900 domestic and foreign exhibitors, and 120000 professional visitors. The Automatic Feeding Blender Division has quickly implemented the company's task of producing new 4-cube products under various product conditions such as 1.5 cubic meters, 2 cubic meters, and 3 cubic meters. Since the second half of last year, the leaders of the division have personally led engineers from the company's R&D department to visit frontline distributors and end customers from time to time, research and implement first-hand information, and ensure the full process control of the new 4-cube automatic feeding mixer product from research and development to production. After nearly a year of hard work, we finally successfully developed and manufactured a new product of 4 cubic meters in August this year, and conducted actual construction verification in the first time. The actual construction effect was excellent, fully meeting the requirements for launching a new product and successfully participating in the exhibition.
This year, the Excavator Division also introduced the company's new product, the LG35 tracked excavator, which uses a well-known domestic engine with a power of 34KW. The main valve and main pump core hydraulic components are selected from Germany's Rexroth, and the turning and walking components are selected from key small excavation component suppliers such as Japan's Fujitsu. At present, the products of the business unit include the LG10, LG13, LG18, LG25, LG35 and other series of micro excavator products. According to the company's requirements, accelerate the development of new products such as 6-ton tire excavators, gradually complete the development of series excavators below 15 tons, and promote the enrichment of the excavator business unit's product line.
The exhibition brought by the Forklift Division is the latest K-series 3.5-ton forklift, which strictly follows the component selection standards of industry benchmark enterprises to ensure quality while demonstrating the company's management cost control ability, achieving the characteristics of high-quality and cost-effective products.
The new product brought by the Loader Division is the company's "Low Shed" 1.5-ton loader, which is widely used in low working environments such as building construction and backfill engineering. The product has achieved very good results since its launch, demonstrating the company's leading advantage in the small loader industry.
The company's booth size reached over 200 square meters this time, and through the release and exhibition of new products from several major business units, it continued to consolidate and enhance the company's strong R&D and production capabilities as a "professional manufacturer of small construction machinery".
As a professional international exhibition, Shandong Laigong International Company dispatched 5 professional colleagues (in English, Russian, Spanish, etc.) according to the requirements of the company headquarters to participate in the reception of foreign guests throughout the exhibition.
